Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson is an American actor, singer, writer and producer. She was best known as Tara Maclay in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Additionally, she produced as well as directed and appeared in her own film Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. In addition, she appeared in the film Kiss the Bride. Benson was the child, born on January 8, 1977, of Edward and Diane Benson. Danielle Benson, the sister of her is an artist of distinction. Benson attended the Reform Jewish synagogue while growing as a child. Her mother, who was Southern Baptist and raised Jewish through her father, is as well Jewish. Benson's career has been booming following the ending of Buffy. She appeared in films such as The Killing Jar, and shows like Morganville The Series. Her talents as a writer were put to use on Ghosts of Albion, and she was the director of Drones (2010).
